Faith-Based Investing
Find out what your investments support, and invest in a way that reflects your faith.
Invest With Purpose
Many families are surprised to learn what their portfolios actually support. I help clients invest in line with Christian moral teaching, so you can pursue your financial goals without compromising your values.
How I Screen Investments
Portfolios are built using Biblically Responsible Investing (BRI) screening, which avoids companies involved in:
Abortion and embryonic stem cell research
Pornography and sexual exploitation
Human trafficking
Addictive or destructive products and practices
Anti-family or anti-Christian corporate activism
I also look for companies that contribute positively to society and operate with integrity.

Take my free 2-minute quiz to see whether your investments line up with your values.
What You Can Expect
A clear analysis of your current portfolio and any conflicts with your values
Diversified portfolios built around your goals, time horizon, and values
A process grounded in stewardship and transparency
Who It’s For
Investors who don’t want to profit from industries that conflict with their faith
Families who want their faith and finances to work together
Christians of any tradition, including Catholic investors who want their portfolio to reflect Church teaching
A Note on Screening
No screening process is perfect. Screened portfolios exclude some companies and may perform differently from unscreened portfolios, better or worse. I’ll walk you through what is screened, how it’s done, and its limits. Portfolios may include funds managed by Inspire Investing, which earns fees from those funds.
For Catholic Investors
According to Inspire Investing’s published comparison, the screening I use is consistent with or goes beyond the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Socially Responsible Investment Guidelines in every area.
Let’s Talk About Faith-Based Investing
I’d be glad to discuss how your faith and values can be incorporated into your investment strategy.
Faith-based screening is subjective, relies on available information, and cannot ensure complete alignment with every investor’s values. Screening may limit investment opportunities and affect performance; it does not guarantee investment results. Comparisons with USCCB guidelines reflect Inspire’s interpretation and do not constitute USCCB affiliation, endorsement, or portfolio certification.
Inspire Investing is affiliated with Inspire Advisors and receives management fees from affiliated funds recommended to clients, creating a financial incentive to recommend them. Fund expenses are generally additional to advisory fees.
