Estate Planning Coordination
Protect your family, clarify your wishes, and keep your estate plan aligned with your financial plan.
Why It Matters
An estate plan decides who cares for your children, who receives your assets, and who makes decisions if you can’t. Without one, state law decides for you.
How It Works
Through my partnership with licensed estate planning attorneys at Encore Estate Planning, Fidelis Financial provides a guided, coordinated estate planning experience.
Discuss. We review your family situation, goals, and priorities.
Plan. I provide education and guidance, and you decide whether a will-based or trust-based plan best fits your needs.
Prepare. The licensed attorneys prepare the appropriate legal documents.
Review. You review and sign your estate planning documents.
Implement. I coordinate beneficiary designations, account titling, trust funding, and other follow-up items.
Estate Planning Options
Real Estate Deeds: I can coordinate preparation and recording of deeds so your real estate matches your estate plan, for $300 per deed. Fidelis Financial does not retain any of the $300 deed fee.
Fidelis Financial bills you directly and pays Encore Estate Planning for preparing your documents. Of each plan fee, Encore receives $400 for a will-based plan, $650 for a trust-based plan, or $300 for deed preparation (only in MN; fees vary by state). Fidelis retains the remainder for coordinating your plan: $600 (will-based) or $850 (trust-based) at Fidelis client pricing, or $1,100 (will-based) or $1,350 (trust-based) at standard pricing. This creates a financial incentive to recommend Encore. You may choose your own attorney.

Why Coordinate Through Fidelis?
Estate planning is about more than drafting documents. I help coordinate your estate plan with your investments, retirement accounts, beneficiaries, charitable goals, and overall financial plan.
Fidelis Financial and Inspire Advisors do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. The licensed attorney at Encore Estate Planning determines which legal documents are appropriate for you and prepares them. Fidelis coordinates those documents with your financial plan. Clients may choose their own attorney.
